Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix sugar, Greek yogurt, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Mix Batter: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until just combined. Fold in flour-coated blueberries.
- Grease Pan: Grease a 6-inch round baking pan and pour in the batter.
- Air Fry: Air fry for 25–30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
