Description

These Air Fryer Nachos are a quick and delicious snack or appetizer loaded with cheesy goodness and all your favorite toppings. Perfect for game day or any casual gathering!


Ingredients

Tortilla Chips:

  • 8 ounces

Cheese:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack

Protein:

  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or shredded chicken

Beans:

  • 1/2 cup canned black beans (rinsed and drained)

Vegetables:

  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • 1/2 cup salsa


Instructions

  1. Layer Ingredients: Arrange half of the tortilla chips in the air fryer basket. Add half of the cheeses, protein, beans, jalapeños, tomatoes, olives, and onion. Repeat with the remaining chips and toppings.
  2. Air Fry: Cook at 350°F for 5-6 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  3. Serve: Top with cilantro and serve with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on the side.
