- 8 ounces
Cheese:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack
Protein:
- 1 cup cooked ground beef or shredded chicken
Beans:
- 1/2 cup canned black beans (rinsed and drained)
Vegetables:
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Toppings:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 1/2 cup salsa
Instructions
- Layer Ingredients: Arrange half of the tortilla chips in the air fryer basket. Add half of the cheeses, protein, beans, jalapeños, tomatoes, olives, and onion. Repeat with the remaining chips and toppings.
- Air Fry: Cook at 350°F for 5-6 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: Top with cilantro and serve with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on the side.
