Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, salt, and pepper. Gently mix until just combined.
- Form Meatballs: Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 1/2 inches in size and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake: Brush or drizzle the meatballs with vegetable oil and bake for 18–20 minutes until cooked through and browned.
