Ingredients for Beef Enoki Rolls:

  • 8 thin slices of beef sirloin or ribeye
  • 1 bunch enoki mushrooms, trimmed and separated
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 tablespoon sake
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Prepare Enoki Mushrooms: Trim and divide enoki mushrooms into 8 portions.
  2. Roll Beef: Season beef slices with salt and pepper. Place enoki mushrooms at one end and roll tightly.
  3. Make Sauce: Mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar. Cook beef rolls in oil, then add sauce and glaze.
