Ingredients for Beef Enoki Rolls:
- 8 thin slices of beef sirloin or ribeye
- 1 bunch enoki mushrooms, trimmed and separated
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare Enoki Mushrooms: Trim and divide enoki mushrooms into 8 portions.
- Roll Beef: Season beef slices with salt and pepper. Place enoki mushrooms at one end and roll tightly.
- Make Sauce: Mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar. Cook beef rolls in oil, then add sauce and glaze.
