Description

A refreshing and vibrant Blueberry Mojito blending fresh mint, tangy lime, sweet blueberry syrup, and smooth rum, topped with club soda to create the perfect summer cocktail in just five minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients

  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 1 ½ ounces blueberry simple syrup
  • 3 ounces white rum
  • Club soda, to top
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh blueberries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Muddle Mint and Lime Juice: Add 10 fresh mint leaves and 2 ounces of fresh lime juice to a highball glass. Gently muddle to release the mint oils without tearing the leaves.
  2. Add Ice and Garnish: Fill the glass with ice cubes and add a couple of fresh blueberries for garnish.
  3. Add Blueberry Simple Syrup and Rum: Pour in 1 ½ ounces of blueberry simple syrup and 3 ounces of white rum into the glass.
  4. Top with Club Soda: Finish by topping the drink with club soda to your taste. Stir gently to combine all the flavors.
  5. Serve Immediately: Serve the cocktail right away to enjoy its fresh and crisp flavor.

Notes

  • For the blueberry simple syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water with fresh blueberries, simmer until sugar dissolves, then strain. Chill before use.
  • Gently muddle the mint leaves to avoid bitterness.
  • Use fresh lime juice for the best flavor.
  • Adjust the amount of club soda to control the drink’s strength and fizz.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, omit rum and add more club soda or a splash of soda water.
