Description

These Breakfast Sliders with Sausage, Egg, and Cheese are a delicious and satisfying morning meal that can be easily prepared ahead of time. Perfect for a family breakfast or brunch gathering, these sliders are packed with flavor and sure to please everyone at the table.

Slider Buns:

  • 12 slider buns, sliced in half

Scrambled Eggs:

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Additional Fillings:

  • 12 breakfast sausage patties (pre-cooked or cooked from raw)
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese (cut in half)

Butter Mixture:

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the eggs: In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet with butter until just set.
  3. Assemble sliders: Place slider bun bottoms in a baking dish. Layer with scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and cheese. Top with bun tops.
  4. Brush with butter: Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush over bun tops.
  5. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
