Brownie Cups:

Cookie Dough Filling:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Additional:
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Sea salt flakes for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat to 350°F and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Prepare brownie cups: Make brownie batter, fill muffin cups, bake, and shape into cups.
- Make cookie dough: Beat butter and sugars, add milk, vanilla, flour, and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Assemble: Fill cooled brownie cups with cookie dough, top with caramel sauce and sea salt flakes.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes before serving.

- Homemade brownie batter can be used.
