Instructions

  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a large zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage gently to coat the chicken evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours for maximum flavor.
  3. Prepare the Salad: While the chicken marinates, combine the diced avocados, quartered cherry tomatoes, and sliced basil in a bowl. Season lightly with salt and pepper, then toss to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
