  • ¼ cup strong brewed chai tea, cooled


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugars: In a separate bowl, cream butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy.
  4. Add wet ingredients: Beat in eggs, vanilla, and combine with milk and chai tea.
  5. Combine ingredients: Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients in three parts, alternating with milk and chai mixture.
