Bread Bowls:
- 2 large sourdough bread bowls or round bread loaves
Chicken Alfredo Filling:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or diced)
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Extra Parmesan for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Prepare the bread bowls: Cut off the tops of the bread bowls and scoop out the insides to create space for the filling.
- Make the Alfredo sauce: Heat olive oil and butter, sauté garlic, add cream, cheeses, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir in cooked chicken.
- Fill the bread bowls: Fill each bread bowl with the creamy chicken Alfredo mixture.
- Bake: Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve: Sprinkle with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.

- You can use rotisserie chicken for a quicker prep.
