- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

- Boil for One Minute: Allow the mixture to boil for exactly 1 minute while continuing to stir to ensure it does not burn. Then remove the saucepan from the heat.

- Form Cookies: Drop spoonfuls of the cookie mixture onto baking sheets lined with wax paper, spacing them apart to allow for setting.
- Cool and Harden: Let the cookies cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes until they are firm and fully set before serving.
Notes
- Use quick-cooking oats for best texture and easier mixing.
- If you prefer dairy-free, substitute milk and butter with plant-based alternatives.
- For crunchier cookies, lightly toast oats before mixing.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
- You can add chopped nuts or shredded coconut for extra flavor and texture.
