Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the pastry: Lightly flour a clean surface and unfold the puff pastry sheet.
  3. Mix the cinnamon sugar: In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  4. Brush with butter: Brush the puff pastry with melted butter.
  5. Add cinnamon sugar: Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the pastry.
