Refreshing and tropical, this Colombian Coconut Limeade is a delightful twist on classic limeade, with the rich creaminess of coconut milk. Perfect for a hot summer day or any time you crave a cool, exotic beverage.

  • 1 cup canned coconut milk (well shaken)
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 4 limes)
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar (or to taste)
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes

Garnish:

  • Lime wedges and mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
