- 1 cup canned coconut milk (well shaken)
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 4 limes)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar (or to taste)
- 1 1/2 cups cold water
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes

- Lime wedges and mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the coconut milk, lime juice, sugar, and cold water. Blend on high speed until smooth and the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Add Ice: Add the ice and blend again until the mixture is frothy and well chilled.
- Adjust Sweetness: Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Serve: Pour into glasses and garnish with lime wedges and mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.

- For a dairy-free and vegan version, ensure the coconut milk is not a blend with dairy.
