Creamy Mushroom Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 8 oz cremini or white mushrooms (sliced)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  3. Prepare the Sauce: Saute mushrooms, garlic, and seasoning. Deglaze with wine or broth, add cream and Parmesan. Simmer and combine with chicken and pasta.
