For the Sauce:

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
