- 1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Toss Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs if using.
