Ingredients
Scale
Chocolates and Butter
- 1 package chocolate almond bark (approx. 12 oz)
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semisweet or milk chocolate)
- 1 tbsp butter
Nuts and Toppings
- 3 cups mixed nuts (peanuts and almonds suggested)
- Sprinkles (quantity to taste for topping)
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add the chocolate almond bark, white chocolate chips, chocolate chips, butter, and mixed nuts into the crockpot. Stir gently to combine and then cover the crockpot with its lid.
- Cook Low and Stir: Set the crockpot to low heat and cook for 1 hour. After 1 hour, open the lid and stir the mixture thoroughly. If the chocolates are not completely melted, continue cooking for an additional 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until smooth and fully melted.
- Form Candy Clusters: Once the mixture is completely melted and well combined, use a large spoon to drop spoonfuls of the candy mixture onto a parchment-lined baking mat or sheet. Space them apart to prevent sticking.
- Add Sprinkles and Set: Immediately sprinkle the tops of each candy cluster with your choice of sprinkles for a colorful finish. Allow the candy to sit at room temperature for 1 hour to fully harden.
- Serve and Enjoy: After the candy has hardened, serve as desired. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for longer freshness.
Notes
- Use a parchment paper or silicone baking mat to prevent sticking when the candy hardens.
- You can customize the type of nuts or omit them for a nut-free version.
- Choose your favorite sprinkles or toppings for decoration and added texture.
- If the candy mixture is too thick after melting, add a small amount of butter to soften it.
- Store candy in a cool, dry place to maintain texture and prevent melting.
