Description

Cool off with this refreshing Dragonfruit Agua Fresca! Made with fresh dragonfruit, lime juice, and a touch of sweetness, this vibrant drink is perfect for hot summer days.

  • 2 cups fresh dragonfruit (pink-fleshed), peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 12 tablespoons agave syrup or honey (to taste)
  • ice cubes
  • extra lime slices and mint leaves for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Add the dragonfruit, cold water, lime juice, and agave syrup or honey to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove any pulp or seeds, if desired.
  4. Serve over ice in glasses and garnish with lime slices and mint leaves if using.
  5. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.

Notes

  • Use white-fleshed dragonfruit if pink isn’t available, though the color will be lighter.
