Description

Easter Bunny White Chocolate Bark is a festive and fun treat perfect for celebrating the Easter holiday. This easy-to-make sweet combines a smooth layer of melted white chocolate over graham crackers, topped with a colorful assortment of Easter candies and optional edible Easter grass for garnish. It’s a delightful no-bake recipe that sets in just a few hours and can be broken or cut into pieces for sharing.

Ingredients

Scale

Chocolate Base

  • 16 oz white chocolate
  • 12 chocolate graham crackers

Toppings

  • 5-6 cups assorted Easter candy (any variety you prefer)
  • Edible Easter grass (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt the White Chocolate: Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler method. Place a heat-safe glass bowl over a saucepan of simmering water on medium-low heat. Stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. Allow it to cool slightly before use.
  2. Arrange Graham Crackers: On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, lay out the chocolate graham crackers side by side in a single, even layer covering the sheet.
  3. Spread the White Chocolate: Spoon the melted white chocolate evenly over the graham crackers. Use an offset spatula or a knife to smooth the chocolate fully covering the surface of the graham crackers ensuring there are no gaps.
  4. Add Candy Toppings: Decorate the chocolate-covered graham crackers by placing the assorted Easter candies on top in any pattern you like. Optionally add small pieces of edible Easter grass for festive garnish. Press all the toppings down gently to ensure they adhere to the chocolate.
  5. Set and Cut: Set the baking sheet aside at room temperature for about 3 hours to allow the chocolate to harden completely. Once set, cut or break the bark into 16 pieces for serving.

Notes

  • Use good quality white chocolate for the best flavor and smooth texture.
  • You can customize the toppings with your favorite Easter-themed candies or chocolates.
  • If you prefer faster setting, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours instead of letting it sit at room temperature.
  • Store the bark in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge to keep it fresh.
