- Boil the Edamame: Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the frozen edamame pods and cook them for 4–5 minutes until they are tender but still firm to the bite.
- Drain and Season: Drain the cooked edamame and immediately transfer them to a large bowl while still hot. Sprinkle the sea salt, lemon zest, and freshly squeezed lemon juice over the pods.
- Toss to Coat: Toss the edamame pods thoroughly to evenly coat with the salt and lemon flavors. Taste and adjust by adding more sea salt if desired.
