Dressing & Seasoning

- ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
Instructions
- Combine ingredients: Add the coleslaw mix, thinly sliced red onion, finely chopped cilantro, and jalapeño (if using) into a large mixing bowl.
- Add lime and salt: Pour the freshly squeezed lime juice over the vegetables and sprinkle with salt to your preference.
- Toss to mix: Thoroughly toss all the ingredients together until they are well combined and evenly coated with lime juice and salt.
