Description

This Fluffernutter Pie is a creamy, no-bake dessert combining the classic flavors of peanut butter and marshmallow fluff on a crunchy graham cracker crust. Perfectly chilled for a refreshing treat, it blends smooth peanut butter, fluffy marshmallow cream, and rich cream cheese, topped with mini marshmallows and chopped peanuts for an irresistible texture contrast.

Ingredients

Scale

Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Filling

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped

Toppings (Optional)

  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is evenly moistened. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish, using the back of a spoon to pack it tightly. Refrigerate the crust while preparing the filling.
  2. Make the filling: In a large bowl, beat together the peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until the mixture is light and fluffy. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  3. Chill the pie: Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours to allow it to firm up and set properly.
  4. Optional topping: Before serving, sprinkle mini marshmallows and chopped peanuts on top for added texture and flavor.
  5. Serve: Slice and serve the pie chilled. Enjoy this creamy, peanut buttery dessert!

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened to avoid lumps in the filling.
  • Use whipped heavy cream for a light and fluffy filling texture.
  • Refrigerate the pie for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  • For a crunchier texture, you can toast the chopped peanuts before sprinkling on top.
  • This pie is best served chilled and stored in the refrigerator.
