Instructions
- Preheat the oven: to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Pinwheels: Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface. Spread Dijon mustard, layer with roast beef, provolone, and rosemary. Roll into a log, slice into pinwheels, place on baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and bake for 18–22 minutes.
