Description

These Greek Yogurt PB Fit Protein Bars are a healthy and delicious no-bake snack perfect for a protein boost. Made with creamy Greek yogurt, peanut butter powder, oats, and a touch of honey, these bars are easy to prepare and perfect for on-the-go energy.

Ingredients

Scale

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter powder (PB Fit)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter powder, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and evenly blended.
  2. Add Oats: Gradually stir in the rolled oats, making sure they are fully incorporated into the mixture without clumps.
  3. Fold in Chocolate Chips: If using, gently fold in the mini chocolate chips to distribute them evenly throughout the mixture.
  4. Press Mixture into Dish: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into the dish and spread it out evenly, pressing down firmly to ensure it holds together.
  5. Refrigerate: Place the dish in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to allow the bars to firm up and set properly.
  6. Cut and Store: Once set, cut the mixture into 12 bars. Store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator to keep them fresh.

Notes

  • For firmer bars, refrigerate for the full 2 hours before cutting.
  • Mini chocolate chips are optional; you can omit them or substitute with nuts or dried fruit.
  • Use non-fat Greek yogurt to keep the bars low fat and calorie controlled.
  • These bars are best enjoyed chilled and stored in the refrigerator.
