Instructions
- Prepare Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Melt Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring continuously until smooth.
- Add Flavor and Color: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and green gel food coloring to achieve the desired Grinch-green hue.
