Dates mixture:

  • 1 cup medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Add-ins:

  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Blend the dates: Add the pitted dates to a food processor and blend until they form a sticky paste.
  2. Mix the dough: Add almond butter, cocoa powder, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until a thick, smooth dough forms. Scrape down the sides as needed.
