  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 ounces mushrooms, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set it aside to prevent sticking.
