Instructions

  1. Marinate Lamb Chops: Season chops with olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 15–20 minutes.
  2. Prepare Lobster Mash: Boil potatoes until fork-tender, then mash with butter and cream. Fold in lobster meat and chives.
  3. Roast Asparagus: Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 400°F for 10–12 minutes.
  4. Cook Lamb Chops: Sear in a hot skillet for 3–4 minutes per side for desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes.
