- 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Add-ins and Toppings
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
- Process Dates: Add the pitted medjool dates to a food processor and pulse until they break down into small bits, forming a sticky base.
- Add Dry and Wet Ingredients: Add almond flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, almond butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the processor. Process until the mixture becomes thick, sticky, and can hold together when pressed.
- Mix in Chocolate Chips: Transfer the mixture to a bowl and gently fold in the mini chocolate chips to distribute them evenly.
- Form Bites: Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll each into a ball with your hands.
- Coat Bites (Optional): Roll the bites in your choice of cocoa powder, shredded coconut, or crushed nuts to add texture and visual appeal.
- Chill: Place the brownie bites on a parchment-lined tray and chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to firm up before serving.
Notes
- Store the brownie bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze them for longer storage.
- For a nut-free alternative, substitute almond butter with sunflower seed butter and almond flour with oat flour.
- These bites can be customized by adding other mix-ins like chopped nuts or dried fruit if desired.
