Ingredients
For the Chicken:
2 tablespoons olive oil, 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, salt and black pepper to taste
For the Noodles:
3 cups low-sodium chicken broth, 8 ounces egg noodles (uncooked), 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
- Cook the Noodles: Add chicken broth to the same pan and bring to a boil. Stir in uncooked egg noodles, cover, and simmer for 8–10 minutes until tender. Stir in butter until melted. Return chicken to the pan and top with noodles. Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan if desired. Serve hot.

- Enhance flavor by searing chicken with lemon juice.
- Use rotisserie chicken for a shortcut.
