Description

Indulge in the delightful fusion of peach cobbler and cheesecake with these Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cones. A no-bake dessert that’s perfect for summer gatherings or a sweet treat any time of the year.

Ingredients

Scale

Graham Cracker Crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Peach Topping:

  • 1 cup canned or fresh diced peaches
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional for thickening)
  • 6 waffle cones
  • Crushed graham crackers or cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Graham Cracker Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Set aside.
  2. Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold gently into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Peach Topping: Cook peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a saucepan until soft and syrupy. Optionally thicken with cornstarch. Let cool.
  4. Assembly: Layer graham cracker crust, cheesecake filling, and peach topping into waffle cones. Top with additional graham crumbs or cookies. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute peaches with other fruits like strawberries or blueberries.
  • If using canned peaches, be sure to drain them well.
  • For a shortcut, use store-bought whipped topping instead of homemade whipped cream.
