- 6 waffle cones
- Crushed graham crackers or cookies for garnish
Instructions
- Graham Cracker Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Set aside.
- Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold gently into the cream cheese mixture.
- Peach Topping: Cook peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a saucepan until soft and syrupy. Optionally thicken with cornstarch. Let cool.
- Assembly: Layer graham cracker crust, cheesecake filling, and peach topping into waffle cones. Top with additional graham crumbs or cookies. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
