  • 750 ml chocolate wine (1 bottle, such as ChocoVine brand)

  1. Prepare the Bacon Parmesan Salt: In a mixing bowl, combine the iodized salt, cooked bacon crumbles, and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well to ensure even distribution of flavors. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake at a low temperature to dry and meld the flavors, being careful not to burn the bacon pieces.
  2. Make the Buffalo Ranch Salt: Mix kosher salt with Buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Spread the mixture thinly on a baking tray and dry it in the oven at low heat to infuse the salt with Buffalo ranch flavor and evaporate excess moisture.
