Rice Krispies Treats:
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Peanut Butter Mixture:

- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Topping:
- Flaky sea salt for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Cook Peanut Butter Mixture: In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine peanut butter, corn syrup, and sugar. Stir until smooth and just starts to bubble, about 2–3 minutes.
- Finish and Cool: Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract and kosher salt. Add Rice Krispies cereal, stir until coated. Press into a greased 9×13-inch dish. Top with sea salt if desired. Cool for 1 hour before slicing.
Notes
- For extra crunch, mix in 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts.
- To make them dairy-free, ensure your cereal and peanut butter are dairy-free.
