- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Egg Mixture:
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Additional:
- Nonstick spray or butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Sauté vegetables: In a skillet, sauté the onion in olive oil until soft. Add garlic, then spinach until wilted. Let cool.
- Mix ingredients: Whisk together eggs, milk, seasonings. Add cheeses and spinach mixture.
- Bake: Pour mixture into baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden.
