Instructions

- Add Lime Juice: Cut the lime in half, then squeeze the juice of one half into the glass over the muddled mixture. Discard any seeds.
- Fill with Ice: Fill the glass with ice cubes to chill the drink and help balance the flavors.
- Pour Seltzer: Slowly pour lime flavored seltzer over the ice to fill the glass, giving the drink a fizzy, refreshing finish.
- Stir and Garnish: Stir gently to combine all the flavors. Garnish with additional strawberries, fresh mint sprigs, and thin lime slices for an attractive and flavorful presentation.
Notes
- Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
- Adjust the amount of mint according to your preference for herbiness.
- You can substitute lime flavored seltzer with plain sparkling water and a splash of fresh lime juice if unavailable.
- For a sweeter mocktail, add a teaspoon of simple syrup or honey during muddling.
- Serve immediately to enjoy the fizzy texture and fresh aromas.
